Student Central moves to the Student Hub
The Student Hub opened on Friday 15 August on Level 1 of the Di Riddell Student Centre

At launch, the Student Hub will include all the services currently offered by Student Central, with the added benefit of the Allianz OSHC representative, and the ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµService Desk. Over the coming months, more student-facing services will transition into the space, creating a central destination for student enquiries and support.

Wait times: We aim to keep wait times under 10 minutes. During peak periods, you may experience longer wait times of 30 minutes or more.

What to bring: Your ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµstudent ID card to verify your identity. If you're collecting your student card, please read the information on the Student Cards webpage.

Wait times
We aim to respond to your enquiry within 2 business days. During peak periods our response can take 7 business days or more.
